From Yelp.com reviews:  5 stars 11/11/2011  Crown TV is a Panasonic authorized service center and when my new plasma TV needed some warranty work, Crown TV were the ones to do the job.  Literally five minutes after I got off the phone with Panasonic setting up my repair, I had a phone call from Crown TV to schedule my appointment. This was on a Saturday. They scheduled my appointment, ordered the part, and by Wednesday the service technician was at my home.  Oh, and he arrived RIGHT on time, just two minutes before he was scheduled to show up.
How's that for punctuality?  The service technician did an excellent, professional, and speedy job and was very courteous and obviously very knowledgeable.  I am extremely pleased with Crown TV and will turn to them for all my (hopefully few) TV service needs in the future.  Dustin S.

From Yelp.com reviews:    5 stars 8/10/2011  Crown came out and replaced the main-board on my Mitsubishi WD-73837 DLP Big Screen TV, and that totally fixed my TV. Since it came out of the box it had trouble finding HDMI devices and would show no picture when plugged into my 3d kit module. They also picked up my Pioneer VSX-1020, while he was at my house, because it was shutting off and the HDMI's were not working, and fixed it under warranty. They are 100 miles away from me and they dropped off my receiver to my house 2 days after it was fixed (Firm Ware update was all she needed). Thanks for going out of your way for me! The service call to repair our TV was one of the most positive "service experiences" my wife and I have ever had. Your technician, Jonathan, was on time (in fact early), courteous, knowledgeable and prepared to do the job. In short order he correctly diagnosed the problem and quickly had the TV working again. I had a 3.5 year old Mitsubishi big screen that suddenly developed trouble with the light engine. I contacted Mits customer service and had a new engine sent out free of charge. It was 6 months past the extended warranty period and with a little convincing they agreed to provide the part, but I would have to hire a local Authorized repair center to install it due to the liability of electric shock. I agreed since the install would be warrantied as well. I subsequently contacted Crown TV and explained the situation. I very impressed with the person who answered the phone. He was very responsive to a few of my requests and made it a priority to watch for the paperwork. Needless to say, once the authorization came through for the diagnostic they were quick (as in the next day) to send a technician. Once he made the determination, they expedited the call immediately. Long story short, the day the part came in, they were at the house and installation was all of 30 minutes! I was VERY impressed; the technician knew his stuff! Fast forward a few months later and I get a refund check from them for diagnostic. I didn't even realize that I had initially paid for the diagnostic with the repair, which wasn't that much to begin with. Anyway, I just wanted to thank them for following through with what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. It's seldom that consumers get to deal with companies that are this organized. They made what would normally be a hassle into an experience that revives faith in our local businesses.
